The proposed methodology for the legal process of surrogated motherhood includes the following phases:
Phase 1: Legal strategy

The contracting couple receives a detailed explanation of each stage of the legal process, the duties and associated costs.
Phase 2: Legal services proposal
Once the interested parties accept the proposal and sign it, an agreement with the contracting partner is signed and 25% of the fees are paid to initiate the initial the legal proceedings Phase.
Phase 3: Compilation of supporting documentation
A list of the documentation necessary for the legal process in the notary shall be made.
